LSS TRAINING
We offer 3 certifications, namely at a Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt Level. Our training materials meet the requirements of the International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) and our instructors are accredited training associates (ATAs) of the IASSC.Structured Methods offers certifications, at a Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt Level on completion of an examination and a work place project that reduces defects or otherwise significantly contributes to cost reduction or revenue targets. Our training materials meet the requirements of the International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) and our instructors are accredited training associates (ATAs) of the IASSC. The only method to earn an IASSC certification™ is to successfully sit for and pass an official IASSC certification™ exam. We do provide access to IASSC Certification exams upon request.
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt training develops course-goers into expert-levelprocesso ptimisers, providing them with the skills they need to lead successful improvement initiatives and achieve strategic objectives. This program has all the elements required to assist teams with solving a wide variety of difficult problems across a wide spectrum of industries (transactional, service, manufacturing), drawing on both quantitative and qualitative methods from the complementary domains of Lean and Six Sigma. It has a practical and applied focus. Black Belt candidates receive formal certification from Structured Methods when they successfully pass examinations and complete a project in their workplace that reduces defects or otherwise significantly contributes to cost reduction or revenue targets. LSS Black Belts are professional problem solvers who provide mentoring to Green Belts and others who need to improve or optimise performance.
This LSS Black Belt program runs over 20 days across 5 modules (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control). Our Black Belt training program runs for 140 hours class room time and that we also conduct one-on-one project mentoring for 10 hours. For a total Black Belt Program duration of 150 hours.
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt
Lean Six Sigma LSS Green Belts are widely recognised for their ability to help drive process improvements and often play a strategic role in accelerating the adoption of Lean Six Sigma practices within an organisation. The scope of Green Belt Projects is not as wide as LSS Black Belts, but Green Belts play an important role in building critical mass in any Lean Six Sigma deployment.
Green Belt candidates receive formal certification from Structured Methods when they successfully pass examinations and complete a project in their workplace that reduces defects or otherwise significantly contributes to cost-reduction or revenue targets.
The Green Belt program runs over 12 days across 4 modules (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control). Our Green Belt training program runs for 75 hours class room time and that we also conduct one-on-one project mentoring for 10hours.For a total Green Belt Program duration of 85 hours.
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belts play a key role in in supporting Black Belts and Green Belts. This programme is offered over 4 days across 4 modules (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control). Yellow Belt candidates receive formal certification from Structured Methods when they successfully pass examinations and support a project in their workplace that reduces defects or otherwise significantly contributes to cost reduction or revenue targets.
Our Yellow Belt training program runs for 20 hours class room time and that we also conduct one-on-one project mentoring for 3 hours. For a total Yellow Belt Program duration of 23 hours.
