Dimitri’s Main strength is his excellent analytical skills, as well as his exceptional ability to see things from a broader perspective, enable him to propose clever, practical, and valuable insights that allow others to take a different view ultimately enabling them to solve problems. Holding International Patents in his name Dimitri has also considerable expertise in technology transfer from concept to turnkey operations.

 

As the Founder and Managing Director for Structured Methods –South Africa, Dimitri brings a wealth of proven experience to his work with clients utilising Structured Methodologies – having served in a variety of leadership and consulting roles, training, mentoring and technical roles over the past 20 years for corporations across South Africa and abroad including USA, UK, Qatar and China. Dimitri’s main strength lies in assisting organisations to get structured programs into action. He has strong facilitation skills in assisting organisations to become more efficient and profitable by implementing the right structured programs. Dimitri has assisted many organizations in manufacturing, transactional and health care.  He has many years of experience in driving excellence through Innovation, DFSS and business improvement. He has an impressive record on the number of students that have certified under his guidance in achieving Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt Certification across all industry sectors.

As a strategic partner with Structured Methods, a company specializing in improving performance, design and innovation through implementing Lean Six Sigma methodology, Bradley offers 27 years of experience in strategic and operational Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations Consulting operating across diverse industries. As an accomplished consultant, Bradley develops and deliver Industrial Relations, Human Resources and generic training programs at all levels within the organization. Bradley is a highly effective communicator conveying credibility and enthusiasm to senior management providing HR insight to support organizational objectives.

Bradley provides change management initiatives and training to the business leadership to assist them in deploying Lean Six Sigma Programs. He leads HR Consulting projects, project managing multi-disciplinary teams delivering against client objectives. He ensures that the right levels of intervention, advice and guidance are applied at all levels of the organization in applying change. Adept at managing employee relations ensuring that best practice is adhered to and that the risks for all are minimized. He creates robust frameworks that provide support and guidance at all organizational levels for an organization to improve efficiencies and create best practice models using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
